High Difficulty Pilot Program

1. Introduction

Welcome to the High Difficulty Pilot Program. By participating as a tester (hereafter “Pilot” or “you”), you agree to abide by these terms and the program’s policies. This is a Closed Alpha—access is restricted, and we retain full discretion over participation. By accessing or using our products, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and located within permitted jurisdictions.

2. Program Scope

The Pilot Program is for the limited evaluation of early-stage systems, including but not limited to:

  • Avatar Builder (Pilot-0-Avatar)
  • Avatar System components
  • User interface prototypes

Participation is not a consumer purchase. You are a voluntary tester, not an end-user of a finished product.

3. Data Collection & Sharing

3.1. What We Collect

  • Telemetry: Minimal data required for stability, including session timestamps, error codes, system specs (CPU/RAM), and OS/Browser version.
  • User Input: Voluntary data such as avatar preferences, feedback notes, and feature requests.

3.2. Optional Sharing

  • If you opt in to anonymous data sharing, we may aggregate and share anonymized insights with partners for R&D.
  • Your identity will never be disclosed without explicit written consent.
  • You may withdraw consent at any time via your dashboard or by contacting support.

3.3. Data Protection

  • We secure data in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256).
  • Access to raw logs is strictly restricted to authorized engineering personnel.
  • Retention: Raw telemetry logs are deleted within 7 days; aggregated, anonymized insights may be retained for up to 12 months.

4. Security & Account Safety

4.1. Account Requirements

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
  • We strongly recommend using strong, unique passwords (12+ characters) and enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) if available.

4.2. Device & Environment

  • Access the platform only from trusted devices.
  • While our systems are encrypted, testing on public or unsecured Wi-Fi networks is at your own risk.

4.3. Reporting & Incident Response

  • You consent to automated monitoring for platform abuse (e.g., DDoS, scraping, token stuffing).
  • Suspicious activity may trigger automatic session termination, account suspension, and manual review.

5. Intellectual Property & License

All content, tools, designs, and systems (including the Avatar Builder) remain the exclusive intellectual property of High Difficulty. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable license strictly to test the software during the Pilot Program.

6. Limitations of Liability

Your participation is at your own risk. As this is an Alpha build, we make no promises regarding uptime, feature completeness, or data integrity. High Difficulty and its team are not liable for data loss, system breaches, or any unintended consequences arising from your participation in the Pilot Program.

7. Termination Rights

The program manager may terminate your access without notice, at their sole discretion, for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Security policy violations or unauthorized data mining.
  • Conduct issues or breach of confidentiality.
  • Technical instability, build deprecation, or end of the testing phase.
